Ohio real estate agent with a passion for high tech communication combined with face-to-face client care. Proud to be part of the Kemp & Company Real Estate Group of Keller Williams Capital Partners Realty.

Since getting my license in 2007, I have embraced the technology that makes a real estate agent more productive. The tools that I use the most are texting, keeping in touch by email, and using home tour videos to provide extra visual information for buyers. I also worked for an agent for a year providing full support for the team internet marketing and advertising, so I have good knowledge of where buyers are looking and what they want to find. My current real estate career combines the outstanding reputation of Kemp & Company Real Estate Group with my internet marketing skills.

Being a Tech Savvy Agent gives me an edge when it comes to productivity. I am always looking for the perfect balance. I still believe that even the most screen addicted people need the comfort of a face-to-face meeting to help them make the big decisions and understand the process of buying or selling a home.

Leading edge technology, networking with like minded agents and professionals is helping me increase my productivity. Every day there is a new membership site, gadget, software program or tech tool to read about and decide if it's something that will help me be a better agent. Having the network of other tech savvy agents to share ideas is the best use of my time. I'm a consumer too, so I don't want to waste time on things I don't need or want.

You can best contact me by email or text message. I also spend time helping other real estate agents learn new technology. Blogging, Facebook, Twitter, enhancing web sites and meeting with clients takes up most of my work week. Since social media marketing is a new avenue for business, we are ALL newbies when it comes to what works and what doesn't. Tech Savvy Agents are more connected and much more dedicated to the process. I feel bad for agents who have let technology pass them by.

The business of real estate is on line. If an agent isn't already there, I'm not so sure they can ever catch up.

Community and technology keep me interested in the business of real estate.  Past and present clients help me understand how and what home buyers and sellers need and want most.
